About us

What we do

Our vision at Caudwell Children is to create a world where all disabled children and their families have choice, opportunity, dignity and understanding. We do this by doing whatever it takes to provide disabled children and their families practical and emotional support through compassionate and efficient services throughout the UK.

2020 marks 20 years since our inception and in that time we have supported over 45,000 children and their families with over 652 medical conditions. This equates to over £43,000,000 worth of services. All of the team's hard work and dedication led to the opening of the Caudwell International Children’s Centre in 2019, the UK’s first independent purpose-built facility dedicated to autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. From our incredible new home, we provide our CCAS (Caudwell Children Autism Service) that provides assessment, intervention and support for children with ASD and their families.

The charity’s management and running costs are covered by a kind benefactor so every penny of donations we receive go directly into transforming the lives of disabled children and their families. We will continue to do whatever it takes to achieve our vision and ensure all disabled children get the support they need and lead active and independent lives reaching their full potential.
