Through our recruitment partners at Harris Hill we're seeking to fill three key positions in fundraising that will be fundamental to our future success.

All are permanent posts and will be based at the outstanding new Caudwell International Children’s Centre near Keele, Staffordshire.





















Philanthropy Manager

£26k - 35k per year + bonus

In this exciting and varied role you'll work with some of our biggest benefactors and high-profile people, supporting our development committees and 'legacy circle' activities.

Supported by our CEO Trudi Beswick and founder/major benefactor John Caudwell, our legacy circle is a network of high-profile individuals personally motivated to support the challenges facing children with disabilities and their families. The focus is on developing new sustainable income through high-profile fundraising activities, providing personal contributions, and introducing influential contacts to Caudwell Children.

Associate Director of Partnerships

£45k - 55k per year + bonus

The Associate Director of Partnerships will lead a high performing partnerships team to coordinate and implement Caudwell Children's partnerships strategy and to deliver the partnerships we need to achieve its goals; with a focus on corporate, SME, NHS and government audiences.

You will inspire a team to secure and build partnerships with the major players that Caudwell Children must engage with to achieve its new organisational strategy. The Associate Director is ultimately accountable for ensuring the team's successful acquisition, cultivation and growth of partnerships in line with the organisation's new strategy delivering to income, advocacy, public engagement and growing support objectives.
