Faye is the Deputy CEO at Harris Hill and a certified REC member.

Faye joined Harris Hill in 2005 and has exceptional experience in recruitment for charities and not-for-profit organisations of all kinds throughout the sector. Faye makes sure that clients receive the service that they require and takes overall responsibility for campaigns, ensuring that everyone is working to achieve the best possible solutions.

Successful recruitment campaigns she has managed include The Prince’s Trust, English-Speaking Union, London Youth, Cruse Bereavement Support, Place2Be, FareShare and Prostate Cancer UK.
