Job description
Paddington Development Trust (PDT) is excited to be recruiting a new Chief Executive Officer.
At PDT, our mission is to empower and support our community in shaping its future, under-pinned by social justice for all. This mission is evident in the wide range of projects we deliver, focusing on four main areas: Community Health and Well-Being, Culture and Heritage, Climate Action, and Skills, Training, and Employment.
The CEO will take the lead within the organisation to ensure the mission remains front and centre, guiding PDT’s approach and activities and ultimately making the mission a reality. They will have a growth mindset to enable them to take forward and develop PDT’s work.
The CEO will be able to work with the experienced Senior Management Team and Deputy Chief Executives, to map out our vision for the future, expand and diversify our funding and income streams, broker new strategic partnerships and build on existing relationships, particularly within Westminster City Council and the new Government.
Job title: Chief Executive Officer
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 p.a.
Location: The Stowe Centre, 258 Harrow Road, London W2 5ES
Contract: Permanent, full time
