Job description
Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity offers breast cancer patients practical, emotional, and psychological support. It also funds crucial secondary breast cancer research and promotes breast health awareness. In October 2021, the charity inaugurated Future Dreams House in Kings Cross, London, the UK's only dedicated breast cancer support centre.
Future Dreams is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Fundraising to lead and grow the charity’s fundraising efforts, driving income generation across multiple streams to meet an ambitious income target of £3.2 million for 2025. If you are a proven fundraiser who brings a strong track record of success in diversifying income streams and securing significant partnerships, this could be the perfect role for you.
With an established network of contacts and a talent for opening doors to high-net-worth individuals, corporate partners, and other key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in securing transformative funding opportunities.
Role: Director of Fundraising
Location: London (with flexible/hybrid working options)
Salary: £80,000 per annum plus benefits
Contract: Full time, permanent
Amongst other criteria, the successful candidate will have:

• Expertise in managing diverse income streams, including corporate partnerships, individual giving, and legacy fundraising, with clear and immediate evidence of success in these areas.
• A demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align fundraising efforts with organisational goals.
