Human Resources Business Partner

Job description

Harris Hill is delighted to be working with an innovative Multi Academy Trust working to build better futures for thousands of children and young people in London and beyond.

As the new HR Business Partner you will:

  • Be CIPD level 7 qualified.

  • Have experience of working in large complex organisations with education sector experience in HR.

  • Have experience of working with Union colleagues and extensive experience of employee relations casework.

  • Have good current knowledge of employment law with an emphasis of redundancy/restructuring and TUPE legislation.

  • Understand education terms and conditions (Burgundy Book, Green Book and pay bargaining processes (STPCD and NJC), and the principles of job evaluation, with knowledge of HAY job evaluation systems.

  • Have demonstrable business partnering skills and be able to represent HR at a senior level.

Role: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Office based around London SE25 initially for the first 6-9 months
Salary: £50,000
Contract: Permanent
