Location: Flexible (with occasional travel)
Hourly Rate: £20-£23 per hour
Contract: Temporary, 2 months
Harris Hill is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-known charity for the role of IT Business Analyst. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, supporting the optimisation of business systems and processes.
As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders and project teams to analyse current business processes, develop solutions, and drive meaningful improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and share findings.
- Analyze requirements and create process models, user guides, and performance improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT teams, third-party providers, and key stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide training-related guidance as needed.
- Ensure change control processes are aligned with operational requirements.
About You:
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, including process analysis and improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Familiarity with system development life cycles (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.
- A proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and flexibility to adapt to project demands.
