Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Harris Hill has an amazing opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to join a charity for 6 months. The role is full time but on a hybrid basis. The client expects 2 days per week in the office, which could be in London or Sheffield.

The senior digital marketing officer is a key part of their strategic approach to digital, forming part of a digital centre of excellence in the charity. You will improve their digital presence and lead on marketing campaigns, working primarily across email marketing and online paid advertising, with a high level of technical knowledge and experience of relevant platforms and delivering results.

As senior digital marketing officer you will be working to improve deliverability of their communications, as well as the supporter experience of those receiving them. You will need to maintain positive and close working relationships across the charity and with external platforms and partners for this work to be effective.

It is essential for you to have:

  • Experience In the technical setup of, and familiarity with, the policies of search and social media advertising. 

  • Experience of using Google Analytics and ad platforms to generate meaningful reporting and insight

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, digital fundraising or similar

  • Strong experience using email marketing systems to produce engaging emails

  • A good understanding of online user experience requirements
