​...by which we're not talking personality (though it's unlikely to be a bad thing), but whether you'd thrive in one of the outstanding leadership roles we're thrilled to be handling for the innovative Plymouth-based charity of the same name.

Effervescent is a fresh and truly unique organisation, a charity strongly committed to improving the lives of vulnerable young people, but doing so as a creative agency, bringing their formidable creative and campaigning skills to collaborations with the likes of socially-motivated brands, charities and universities, and most importantly of all, children and young people themselves.

They've worked with organisations like Barnardo's, Exeter University and Plymouth City Council to create campaigns on foster care, mental health, child sexual exploitation, asylum and other issues directly affecting the children and young people who have played a key role in each project.

It's all about social alchemy

...which isn't (as we confess to first thinking) a GCSE we could have opted for if we'd dropped one of the humanities, but about inspiring, engineering and facilitating these unique collaborations between potentially disparate groups - bringing remarkable people together, as a certain charity recruiter might say - and creating something beautiful and powerful as a result; something that can genuinely make a difference in young people's lives.

Effervescent's work to date has been so successful that they've recently received investment to grow, and as part of their ambitious plans to do so, we're delighted to be helping them find the right individuals for three brand new leadership roles that will be central to the organisation's future, namely a Director of Marketing and Sales, Director of Operations, and Head of Enterprise and Product Development.
