Harris Hill is delighted to be working with Exeter Community Initiatives (ECI) to recruit
a new Chief Executive Officer.


ECI helps people facing poverty, inequality and homelessness to get their lives
back on track. We do this by developing new projects to help people develop
skills to help them succeed in life, improve their mental, emotional and physical
wellbeing and increase their sense of belonging. We work with partners supporting
people with experience of homelessness, alcohol and substance misuse and
mental health issues.


Over 30 years, ECI has changed and adapted to meet the ongoing needs of our
community. We will continue to do so. This is where you come in. Many in our
area continue to face complex social, economic and environmental challenges.
Issues of exclusion and isolation remain prevalent. ECI must continue to find new
ways and new resources to meet these needs. We are looking for a mature,
confident leader who will roll up their sleeves and work alongside our talented
staff, volunteers, service users and other stakeholders.

Job title: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Exeter with hybrid working locations (home/office blend)
Salary: £45,648-£47,665 (NJC pay scale 41-43)
Hours: Permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week).
