Job description
Gloucester Rugby Foundation is seeking a new CEO to create and drive the strategy for the Foundation and to promote its mission, aims and values.
Gloucester Rugby Foundation is the official charitable arm of Premiership Rugby side Gloucester Rugby. Established in 2016, the Gloucester Rugby Foundation has grown to become one of the leading charitable organisations in Gloucestershire, using sport as a vehicle to achieve positive social change.
The CEO will be directly responsible for overseeing the growth in unrestricted funds; the delivery of projects to fulfil the strategic objectives and to oversee and ensure the success of all operations. They will be accountable to the Trustees for all the Foundation's affairs and advise the Gloucester Rugby Directors on the strategic direction of the Foundation.

The CEO will need to have a strategic and hands on approach to leading Gloucester Rugby Foundation - developing networks and creating sales channels, including fundraising. Trustees are seeking someone with charity leadership experience and who will be able to make a big impact.
