Corporate Administration Manager (Temp – Immediate Start)
Location: Central London
Salary: £53,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary, Immediate Start – Until End of March
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Are you an experienced governance and corporate administration professional looking for an immediate start in a dynamic and respected membership organisation? A leading professional body is seeking a Corporate Administration Manager to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of March.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, you will lead a team providing essential governance, committee administration, and executive support to the organisation’s senior leadership. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee key governance functions, support the Board and Council, and ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Providing secretariat and governance support to the Board and Council
Managing corporate governance processes, ensuring compliance with governing documents and policies
Leading a team to deliver high-quality committee administration and executive support
Overseeing the administration of board subcommittees, elections, and corporate policies
Acting as a key contact for internal and external senior stakeholders
About You
Proven experience in corporate governance, board secretariat, or committee administration
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Experience working within a membership organisation, healthcare, or charity sector (desirable)
Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple priorities
