Direct Marketing Officer

Are you a dynamic and motivated marketing professional looking for a meaningful role? A hospice based in North London is seeking a Direct Marketing Officer (Individual Giving and Legacies) to join their passionate Fundraising team.

As Direct Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new Legacy supporters, one-off cash givers, and regular givers. Your work will directly contribute to securing sustainable funding, ensuring the hospice can continue providing exceptional care to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and retain supporters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging and inspiring campaign messaging.

  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategies.

  • Adopt a ‘retention first’ approach, focusing on building long-term relationships with donors.

  • Ensure all fundraising activity complies with relevant regulations and best practices.

About You: We are looking for a creative and driven individual with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Direct Marketing or Legacy Marketing.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.

  • Experience in fundraising, marketing, or donor stewardship.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A passion for making a difference in the community.

You will be joining a super lovely Individual Giving Manager who will be there to support you, but will not step on your toes. The team is small but incredibly friendly and collaborative.

Location: North London / Hybrid (ideally 3-4 days per week in the office) Salary: £31,186 - £34,424
