HR Restructure Manager

Job description

I am excited to be working with an amazing support charity in search of an HR Restructure Manager. This is an immediate start, part-time (3- 4 days per week), hybrid, temp role for around 3-months. This role will see you support the CEO and team leaders in providing end-to-end support in remodelling and restructuring their particular areas of the organisation.

 

Main duties:

  • Work with the CEO and team leaders in project managing the remodelling and restructuring to deliver an operational HR model to meet current and future organisational needs

  • Ensure all rationale for change is both legally and commercially robust to form the basis of any subsequent consultation proposal documentation.

  • Responsible for developing and writing detailed job descriptions and person specifications including competencies.

  • Work with the CEO in managing the consultation process with employees to ensure the detail is both understood and implemented

  • Plan and execute the programme of individual staff consultations for those impacted by the organisational restructure, including face-to-face and remote interviewing as appropriate

  • Drive, influence and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structure and people processes and improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness in people management.

  • Develop a communication strategy for any remodelling exercise as part of the project plan.

Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in organisational restructuring and remodelling

  • Experience of working within not-for-profit organisations

  • Solid project management experience
