Senior HR Advisor (Operational) – £37,000 - £40,000 per annum - Hybrid

We are working with a respected organisation in the healthcare sector that specialises in complex neuro-disability care. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their team within the Workforce Department.

This role focuses on providing expert HR advisory services across all aspects of employment relations (ER) and case management, including absence and performance management, grievance, and disciplinary cases. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Business Partner, managing a range of HR projects, and providing day-to-day guidance to managers on HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full cycle of employment relations (ER) cases, including performance, absence, grievance, and disciplinary investigations.
  • Providing expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Line management of an HR Assistant, ensuring high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Collaborating with HR Systems & Compliance to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Supporting organisational change and process improvement initiatives.
  • Delivering HR projects that align with the organisation's People Strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).
  • Extensive experience in managing complex ER cases.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and deliver process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
