Role: Project Coordinator

Duration: Approx. 3-4 months (September to January)

Hours: 35 per week

Hybrid Working: 2 days a week in the central London office, with more time in the office during training.

Salary: £26K - £30K

Are you highly organised, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments? We're looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to join an education charity on a temporary basis, from late September until January.

About the Role: As the Project Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of the digital education programme. From managing bookings and coordinating logistics to liaising with stakeholders and external suppliers, every day brings variety and responsibility. You’ll track programme expenses, update resources, and ensure seamless communication between educators, suppliers, and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee programme booking system and process new requests swiftly.

  • Maintain close contact with teachers, freelance educators, and colleagues.

  • Manage the shared inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

  • Handle logistics, liaising with suppliers and overseeing equipment maintenance.

  • Track expenses, update templates, and compile participation statistics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Super organised with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.

  • A confident communicator on the phone, in person, and via email.

  • Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and eager to learn new tech like VR.

  • Understanding of budgets and sticking to them!

  • Bonus: Knowledge of the education sector and school environments.
