I am excited to be working with an amazing international health charity in search of an Interim Regional Finance Manager on a 6-month FTC. This is a London based hybrid role (1 day a week in the office). 
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Interim Regional Finance Manager to join our global finance team. This role is vital in overseeing financial processes, supporting multi-country projects, and ensuring robust financial control. You will work closely with regional and country teams, providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and management accounting, while contributing to system improvements and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•    Oversee financial controls, audits, and month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•    Lead preparation of consolidated management accounts, variance analyses, and recharges for projects.
•    Act as a system administrator for finance software, supporting implementation, integration, and user training.
•    Manage financial processes for UK and Asia operations, ensuring accurate reporting of overheads and recovery rates.
•    Supervise and train finance staff, providing inductions and leading financial training initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
•    Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
•    Significant experience in year-end accounting, UK statutory reporting, and DFID donor reporting.
•    Strong background in coordinating and consolidating budgets and forecasts across regions.
•    Proven experience in management accounting and financial system administration.
