Supporter Development Manager
Job description
Harris Hill are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s most loved children’s charities to recruit a new Supporter Development Manager to join their Supporter Development team. The Supporter Development Manager will be responsible for the management of several supporter development and engagement programmes including cash, upgrade and reengagement.
The Supporter Development team focusses on engaging existing supporters to build loyalty and maximise long term income for the charity. The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced working on large scale fundraising campaigns and multi-channel individual giving programmes within the Retention and Development space.
This role will play a key part in maximising income and minimising attrition from supporters and potential supporters through development and delivery of fundraising strategies. You will have responsibility for the team’s budgetary performance, work collaboratively across the charity and lead, manage and develop a team of fundraisers.
Candidates for the position should have experience in:
Managing, planning and executing large scale individual giving fundraising campaigns across multiple channels and for multiple products
Working with data teams to review data insights and implement improvements
Audience led cross sell planning
Building and managing complex reporting and budgets
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external agencies
