The opportunity

The opportunity

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us as Chair of the Board, providing strategic leadership to the charity and ensuring effective governance in service of our vision and mission.

  • The Chair is appointed for a three-year term, renewable for two further terms, with a maximum tenure of nine years.

  • This is a voluntary position, but reasonable expenses will be reimbursed.

  • The time commitment includes attending two board meetings annually (currently held remotely) and a monthly scheduled meeting with the CEO. Additionally, there is an annual half-day strategy session.
