Job description
Harris Hill are delighted to be supporting a fantastic charity based in Staffordshire who are looking to recruit a Fundraising Executive. The charity are seeking a passionate Fundraising Executive to join their team, helping to drive critical funding for emergency services across the Midlands. In this role, you’ll develop relationships with donors, organise community events, and work towards ambitious fundraising targets to support life-saving initiatives.

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with donors, local businesses, and community groups.
Plan, promote, and coordinate community fundraising events.
Achieve set fundraising targets to directly support the organisation’s mission.
Collaborate with marketing to deliver effective fundraising campaigns.
Maintain accurate donor records and track engagement.
Requirements
Fundraising Experience: Proven background in fundraising or sales.
Event Planning Skills: Ability to organise and execute successful events.
Strong Communication: Skilled in engaging a range of stakeholders.
Target-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed targets.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Staffordshire communities is a plus.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
