Leading a team of two, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver results that make a lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement dynamic multi-channel campaigns that engage donors and boost fundraising efforts.

Oversee budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of activities while tracking and reporting on performance.
Inspire and lead your team to achieve shared goals, ensuring high levels of collaboration and motivation.
The Ideal Candidate:
You have a proven history in individual giving or related fundraising fields, with a knack for achieving ambitious targets.
Skilled in data-driven decision-making, you thrive on analysing performance and refining strategies for success.
Strong leadership and organisational skills enable you to manage multiple projects while supporting team growth.
Your passion for making a positive impact is matched by your dedication to providing an excellent donor experience.
